Order Processing:

Please allow 48 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way!  You will receive a tracking number from Canada Post or UPS so you can track your package.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time:

Shipping within Canada and the US is FREE. 
We deliver to any valid Canadian or US address. 
Once your order is confirmed you should receive your items within 2-5 business days. 
Please note you will need to receive your package in person to sign for delivery. 

* As in store, sales tax are applied on items bought on herclosetmtl.com, in compliance with federal and provincial laws, according to your order's total value and the shipping address.

For all international orders, please note that shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. When your order arrives in your country, it may be subject to additional customs fees or import duties, which are determined by your local customs office. We recommend checking with your country's customs policies to understand any potential charges that may apply. By placing an international order, you acknowledge that you are responsible for any such fees upon the arrival of your parcel.
