I want to cancel/change my order; what do I do?

Can I pick up an order purchased online at one of your boutiques?
Yes, you can select store pick up as an option at check out.  

Can I put a dress on hold in-store?
Unfortunately we cannot put dresses on hold. If there is a style you saw online and you’d like to come into the store to try it on, we suggest making an appointment on our website. When our sales team reaches out to confirm your appointment you can let them know which styles you’re interested in so we can have them ready for your appointment.

How do I wash my item?
All our gowns and jumpsuits are dry clean only. 

Where do you get your products?
All our product is made in & imported from Europe. 

How often do you add new items to the stock available in-store?
We don’t follow a set schedule for new items, but you can subscribe to our mailing list and follow us on Instagram @herclosetmtl to be first to know when net styles drop. 

Do you have items that are exclusively in-store?
Most of our product are available both in store and online, but we do have a small assortment that is exclusive to in store.

What are the shipping fees?
FREE shipping Canada & US wide. 

How long does it take to receive my package from Her Closet Mtl?
You should receive your package within 2-5 business days once your order has been processed. Please note order processing can take up to 2 business days. 

To which countries do you ship?
We currently ship within Canada and to the United States. 

Do I have to pay customs & duties?
If you are ordering from the USA you will need to pay for customs & duties. 

I chose the "Store Pickup" option; when can I come pick up my order?
Your order will be ready to pick up within 2 business days from when your order was placed. If you require a sooner pick up time please let us know via email with your order number and we will try to accommodate you.

Returns & Exchanges

How long do I have to return my item and to what address do I mail it?
For online orders you have 14 days from when you received your order to apply for a return ticket. For in store orders you have 14 days from your purchase to return your item. All returns will need to be brought/shipped to 24 Mont Royal West, Suite 907.1, Montreal, QC, H2T 2S1

How do I get a return number?
Email us at infor@herclosetmtl.com to request a return number. Please make sure to include why you’d like to return. 

Can I exchange items purchased online?
If you’d like to make an exchange we suggest first returning your item, and placing a new order. 

I ordered a sale item; what is your return policy?
All sale items are final sale

Can I return my item in-store?
Yes online and in store purchases can be returned in store. Please make sure to book your visit on our website. We do not have a walk in service and all types of visits to the store need to be booked in advance. 

What's the return policy for in-store purchases?
In store purchases can only be returned for store credit.
We do not offer refunds for in store purchases.
